• Quran Judge Name & Logo: The "Quran Judge" name and associated logos are proprietary marks.
• Platform Design: The visual design, layout, color schemes, and user interface of the platform.
• Software Code: The source code, compiled code, and associated documentation of the platform.
• Feature Pages & Marketing Materials: All content on the website including feature descriptions, mockups, and marketing copy.
• Admin Panel: The web administration interface and its design.
• Mobile Application: The mobile app design, components, and user experience.

3. Permitted Use

Users of the Service are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Service for its intended purpose of managing Quran competitions.
• View and interact with the platform's user interface.
• Share public leaderboard and registration links generated by the platform.
• Print or download competition results for personal or organizational use.

5. Quranic Content

The Holy Quran is the word of Allah (God) and is not subject to copyright. Quranic text and audio used in the platform are sourced from publicly available APIs and are treated with the utmost respect and reverence.

• Arabic Text: Sourced from the AlQuran.cloud API, an open-source Quran API.
• Audio Recitation: Audio files by Sheikh Mishary Rashid Alafasy, provided through the Islamic Network CDN.
• Chapter & Verse Data: Quran chapter names, verse counts, and structural information from open-source Quran data sets.

We acknowledge and honor the sacred nature of the Quran. No claim of ownership is made over any Quranic content.

6. User-Generated Content

Content created by users through the Service (competition configurations, competitor profiles, scores, biographies) is owned by the respective users and their organizations. By using the Service, you grant Quran Judge a limited license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Attributions

Quran Judge is built using open-source technologies and third-party services. We gratefully acknowledge the following:

Use of these third-party resources is subject to their respective licenses and terms. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement by the respective parties.
